To plan and coordinate physical development to enhance sustainable and environmentally sound economic progress


FUNCTIONS

• To anticipate and plan the long-term landuse requirements for future development.
• To provide an efficient and effective land allocation and utilisation system for development project.
• To process future physical development applications and landuse requirement in a coordinated manner.
• To implement and administer the Town and Country Planning Act 1972 (Cap 143) for the development control and use of land
• To provide guidance and advisory services on matters pertaining to physical development
