OBJECTIVE

To ensure the optimum utilisation of land through the preparation of long-term plans

TASKS

• To prepare plans (Structure Plans, Local Plans, Action Plans)
• To identify sites and prepare plans for housing, industrial and commercial areas.
• To identify sites for government and private sector projects.
• To provide advisory services to government agencies and developers on physical planning matters.
