Tutong District
INTRODUCTION
TCP Tutong branch moved to the current building at Bukit Bendera, on
the 27th June 1996. The department shared building with the departments of
Land, Survey , Education, Forestry, Fisheries, Information and
Agriculture.
TASKS
- Processing housing, commercial and industrial building applications
within the Development Control areas and outside.
- Processing earth works applications within the Development Control
areas and Outside.
- Development Control Enforcement
- Providing comments for the committee members on Land exchange
- Providing comments for the committee members on TOL
- Providing comments for the committee members on Business Licensing
applications
- Providing comments for the committee members on Land Lease
- Providing comments for the committee members on Government Housing
Scheme applications
- Providing comments for the committee members on Land Subdivision and
Consolidation.
This branch also works closely with the Development Planning section in
identifying the sites for government projects and the production of Local
Plans.
