OBJECTIVE
To ensure the optimum utilisation of land through the preparation of long-term plans
TASKS
- To prepare plans (Structure Plans, Local Plans, Action Plans)
- To identify sites and prepare plans for housing, industrial and commercial areas.
- To identify sites for government and private sector projects.
- To provide advisory services to government agencies and developers on physical planning
matters.
