OBJECTIVE
To ensure the efficient and effective development control system
TASKS
- Processing all earthwork and building applications within the Development Control Areas
(Town and Country planning Act 1972, amended 1984).
- Commenting and advising applications on land subdivision and consolidation , TOLs, Road
Access application, land exchange, business license, change of land title, all development
within the Municipal Board areas and outside Development Control areas.
Development Control Areas are as follows:
- Jalan Berakas
- Jalan Tutong / BSB
- Jalan Muara
- Jalan Kota Batu
- Jalan Tutong / Seria
- Jalan Gadong
- Development Control Areas of Muara, Subok, Gadong and Jerudong.
